Mrs Reeves is our Service Pupil Champion and ELSA.
What does a Service Pupil Champion do?

* Support the emotional well-being and social development of the children at our school especially during periods of active deployment and exercise and at times of transition

* Aim to strengthen the pupil voice by promoting and developing our Military Kids Club 

* Allow children and young people a space to talk and hopefully overcome any worries they have

* Support for parents and signposting 

* Host weekly coffee mornings

As a school from time to time we will send out a notification of deployment letter for students who have parents in the military. By filling this out it is a good way to let our class teachers know and Mrs Reeves who supports our Military Children. We will always do our best to support children through those difficult times such as birthdays etc.

Feel free to save a copy and when needed complete and sent via email to the office or alternatively call in and we can print a copy for you.

Coffee Mornings

Our weekly coffee mornings are open to all parents and guardians whether military or civilian. They are an informal, relaxed way to meet others that have children at the school. 
 

Military Kids Club

Military Kids Club is an after school club held on Wednesdays. It is ran by Mrs Reeves and Bex Boston, who also host's the Youth Club on St Georges Barracks on Wednesday evenings. The club is a safe place where children can talk to other children that have similar experiences. Activities are very much child-led and include cooking, arts and crafts, games, sports, playing outside and having lots of fun!
