This term our topic is Superheroes. The books we will be reading include Super Duck, Super Tato, Ten Little Superheroes, Super Daisy and Super Worm.
We will be having a super hero day on Thursday 28th June, where we can all dress up as superheroes for the day.
On Thursday 19th July we will be having a beach day, with watery and sandy fun, more details to follow.
Generally we hope, weather permitting, to be able to make the most of our outside space as much as humanly possible. With this in mind we anticipate that they may come home messy, and dirty. So we appreciate your understanding.
We are also hoping to have a visitor in our class to talk about the story of bread, and we will even be making some bread.
As always, any problems please feel free to contact the EYFS Team.
"It is not what you do for your children but what you have taught them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings"
We recently had our annual EYFS visit from the local authority and we are thrilled to have been judged as 'Outstanding.'
"The wonderfully enabling, well organised, environment, the range of child centred activities and the rich interaction of the practitioners all contributed to the ‘Outstanding’ provision observed fully meeting the learning and development requirements of the EYFS through a broad and balanced curriculum"
